No. We don’t lock you in. The door you enter through can always be opened.

We do, but tickets tend to sell out ahead of time, so if you want to guarantee a spot, you should book ahead of time.

When you check out, you will have the option to book a private game. Otherwise, your group might be paired with others.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to check into your game. If you are late, time might be taken off of your game clock to keep the appointment on schedule.

We allow refunds and rescheduling if it is still more than 24 hours before your appointment time. You can complete that process online or call and we will assist you.

All of our rooms are family friendly and we allow kids of all ages. At least one adult will need to claim responsibility for any minors participating in a game.

We do not allow any alcohol or other drugs on the premises and intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave without refund. We also ask that you don’t take any photos or videos inside of the game rooms.
